CRM and GDPR data setup for an international football academy in Spain
The academy kept its contacts in several Google lists that overlapped. We set up its CRM from scratch through the API: one clean contact base, a GDPR legal basis on every record, a consent model that sends marketing email only to eligible contacts, and a sales pipeline that records where each lead came from.

How the data was set up
The contacts sat in several separate Google lists that overlapped. We merged them into one base of 1,738 contacts, cleaned the fields and removed the duplicates.
Every contact carries a GDPR legal basis set by where it came from. The consent model in the CRM lets marketing email reach only the contacts eligible for it.
Countries follow one ISO taxonomy with 250 values, and ten segments recalculate on their own as contacts change.
No screenshots on this page: every CRM screen holds real people’s contact data.
What else we set up
Sales pipeline
A pipeline shaped to the academy’s sales process, with a reporting dashboard.
Website form
The form on the academy’s site records the lead source and UTM tags on every new contact.
Sending domain
The mail domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
Scripted through the API
Almost all of the setup ran as Python scripts against the HubSpot API; very little was done by hand in the interface.
Handover guide
The academy’s team received a guide with direct links to every view they use.
Describe your bottleneck
If your contact data is spread across lists and inboxes, send one message: a voice note, text or a screenshot. You get a written assessment of where the data breaks and what it would take to fix it.
